Policies and Procedures


The word “core” is used to denote who owns the item. When an item is owned by your company and repaired by CPR it is referred to as a “rebuilt” item. When a repaired item is owned by CPR it is referred to as a “core” item. All “outright” items are disposable.


CPR is committed to protecting and improving the environment by recycling electronic circuit boards. Call CPR about specific items for recycling possibilities. CPR does not pay for any items given to CPR for recycling or for shipping any items to CPR for recycling. Contact us to purchase specialty items made from recycled electronic circuit boards!



The Warranty column has either “90” or “365”. Our Limited Warranty is either 90 days or one year from the date of purchase against defects during normal use. If returned within one year from the date of purchase and determined to be a warranty it may be repaired at no charge. Shipping costs must be prepaid. The purchaser’s right under our Limited Warranty shall consist solely of requiring CPR to repair or replace, free of charge, any defective item.  CPR will not allow or pay any allowance for labor, travel or any other cost.  Any item, which has been subject to misuse, improper installation, liquid damage, damage in shipment, physical abuse, acts of God, or manipulated, changed, or attempted to be repaired, by any unauthorized person(s) or company(s) will VOID the warranty on any item.  If a warranty is voided on the returned item, your company will be billed the rebuilt price.


All items returned to CPR for credit are tested and if found to be in working condition would be subject to a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%). There are no RMA – Return Material Authorization forms required. Allow CPR up to 30 days for credit processing.


CPR offers three options, Net 30 Open Account, Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.), and MasterCard or Visa – either credit or debit. The CPR Credit Application is available in Adobe® fillable format.  Once your company completes and signs the CPR Credit Application you may e-mail, mail or fax it to us.  Allow CPR one to two weeks processing time and when complete CPR will contact your company with the results.  If an account is over 30 days old, finance charges may be applied.  A credit hold may occur if an open account is over 45 days.  Monthly Statements are e-mailed, mailed or faxed – as per your request.  Always check your statement.  If there are any discrepancies, inform CPR at once.


Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service, unless otherwise requested.  For Open Accounts, CPR usually ships at no charge in the contiguous United States.  Any other forms of UPS delivery, including overweight and oversize dimensions, Federal Express, and any other forms of shipping, will be prepaid and added to your invoice.  If your company does not want any packages left unattended on your doorstep, request CPR to ship “Signature Required”.  All additional fees for Signature Required will be included in the shipping fees and added to your invoice.  Any packages lost or missing by the shipper are not the responsibility of CPR.  If any items that are lost or missing, immediately call CPR.  Items are shipped with the standard $100.00 declared value package insurance per box which is automatically included in the shipping charges.  If a customer requests more than $100.00 declared value package insurance, the additional amount will be included in the shipping fees and added to your invoice.  All additional fees for C.O.D. handling charges will be included in the shipping fees and added to your invoice.  If any package received appears to have damage, keep all the packaging, including the outer box.  Taking a photograph may provide additional proof. Install or test the items received.  If there is damage, immediately call CPR.

Accepting These Terms And Conditions

It will be considered and implied, when your company accepts any shipment from CPR or shipped on behalf of CPR, for any item ordered or any warranty item being returned, that your company acknowledges and accepts all of the above policies in full.  It is also understood that CPR has the right to change any policies, prices or items without notice.
